Ordering on our website is quick and easy. We have provided a guide below on how to use our site to the fullest. However if you are having any trouble, you can email us at or call us on 020 8896 4600 where we will be happy to help.

Finding products

To browse for clothes, click on the category links at the top of the page. To see the full collection, click on ‘The Collection’ in the top left hand corner.

If you’ve already browsed our mail order catalogue, and know which garment you want, then you can find it quickly on our website by typing in the 5 digit item code in the Search box at the top of the screen.

To view more details and photos of a garment, simply click on its photo or name on the category page.

Adding products to your shopping bag

Once you have chosen a garment, first select the colour you would like form the drop down box. Then select your size. After you have selected the size and colour, click on the “add to shopping bag” button. You will be taken to your shopping bag, which will show the garment you have chosen, along with any others you have added previously.

Using discount codes

If you have a valid wall discount or offer code, you can use it by entering the code in the box on the left hand side, and pressing the ‘apply code’ button. A message will appear at the top of the page to tell you if you have been successful.

Placing the order

With your shopping bag full, you are now ready to order. Click on the “checkout” button, which can be found on the right both above and below your selected items. You will be taken to registration/sign in page.

If you are a new customer, you will have to register with us first; this involves entering your details, like your name, address and email address. This will allow us to remember them for you so you don’t have to type them in every time you visit us. To be taken to the registration page, click on the red “register” word.

If you have shopped on our website before, just enter your email address along with your password and press the “Login” button.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the link under the log in form. You will then be taken to a new page. Enter your email address in the box, and click ‘submit’. A new password will be generated and sent to the email address provided.

When you have logged in, you will be taken to the checkout page. Start by selecting your billing address, and indicate if you would like your order shipped to that address or to a different location. Press continue to select your preferred delivery address.

Press continue, and select your shipping method.
  • If you live in the UK, you have the choice of our Standard Delivery, which costs £5 and will take 3-5 working days for delivery, or our Express Delivery, which costs £9.95 and guarantees next day delivery for orders placed before 3.30pm. For Express Delivery, please call our customer service team on 020 8896 4600. Orders placed after 3.30pm will be despatched for delivery the following day.
  • If you live in the EU, delivery costs £10 and will take 5-7 working days for delivery.
  • If you live anywhere else in the world, delivery costs £20 and will take 7-14 working days for delivery.
Press continue to be taken to the payment information page. We accept cards from these brands: Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Discover, American Express. Choose which card you will be using, then enter the card’s number, the name as it appears on the card, the CV2 code (the last 3 digits found on the signature strip on the back of the card), the card’s expiry date, and if available, the card’s start date and the card’s issue number. Click on the “Continue” button to proceed.

Your order will be summarised on the next page, along with all the details associated with it. Please review this page to see if it contains any errors. If it does, use the “Back” button to find the appropriate page and amend the errors. Once you are sure that all the information is correct, press the “Place Order” button.

That’s it! You’ve placed an order on our website. You should now receive an order confirmation email, which you should keep for your records.

How to use our Gift Cards

Ordering is easy:
  • Simply browse our catalogue or website.
  • Note the product code of the item(s) you wish to purchase.
  • Call our dedicated Order Line on 020 8896 4600 to place your order.
  • When prompted, give the operator your Gift Card Number. This is printed on the reverse of your card.
  • If you´re placing your order by post, simply send your catalogue order form. Enter your Gift Card number in the relevant payment information section and we'll do the rest.
