How to order:


Ordering on our website is quick and easy. We have provided a guide below on how to use our site to the fullest. However if you are having any trouble, you can email us at enquiries@wall-london.de or call us on 0844 850 7373.

Finding products

To browse for garments, first select the season from the left hand navigation bar. Next select the type of garment you are looking for (knitwear, trousers, tops, etc) from the menu which appears below the season. It will now list the garments, 6 per page. You may choose to display more than 6 per page, or select other pages to see more garments.

If you’ve already browsed our mail order catalogue, and know which garment you want, then you can find it quickly on our website by typing in the 5 digit item code in the Search box at the top of the screen.

Adding products/garments/items to your shopping bag

Once you have found the garment you want, first select the size of the garment you require, and then select the colour. Only sizes and colours that are available will be shown.

After you have selected the size and colour you want, click on the “add to my shopping bag” button. You will be taken to your shopping bag, which will show the garment you have chosen, along with any others you have added previously.

Placing the order

With your shopping bag full, you are now ready to order. Click on the “checkout” button, which can be found on the right both above and below your bag. You will be taken to registration/sign in page.

If you are a new customer, you will have to register with us first; this involves entering your details, like your name, address and email address. This will allow us to remember them for you so you don’t have to type them in every time you visit us. To be taken to the registration page, click on the purple “register” word.

If you have shopped on our website before, just enter your email address along with your password and press the “Login” button.

If you have forgotten your password, just enter your email address in the textbox, and press the “Forgotten your password” link. The password hint which you gave when you registered will be shown below.

The next page is the delivery options page. Here you can review the billing and the delivery address. If they need to be changed, click on the “Edit Addresses” button.

Here you also should select your delivery option.
  • If you live in the UK, you have the choice of our Standard Delivery, which costs £5 and will take 3-5 working days for delivery, or our Express Delivery, which costs £9 and guarantees next day delivery for orders placed before 10:45am. Orders placed after 10:45am will be despatched for delivery the following day.
  • If you live in the EU, delivery costs £10 and will take 5-7 working days for delivery.
  • If you live anywhere else in the world, delivery costs £20 and will take 7-14 working days for delivery.
On the next page you can enter your payment details. We accept cards from these brands: Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, American Express. Choose which card you will be using, then enter the card’s number, the name as it appears on the card, the CV2 code (the last 3 digits found on the signature strip on the back of the card), the card’s expiry date, and if available, the card’s start date and the card’s issue number. Click on the “Confirm” button to continue.

Your order will be summarised on the next page, along with all the details associated with it. Please review this page to see if it contains any errors. If it does, use the “Back” button to find the appropriate page and amend the errors. Once you are sure that all the information is correct, press the “Place Order” button.

That’s it! You’ve placed an order on our website. You should now receive an order confirmation email, which you should keep for your records.
